Before the redesign, the website looked very plain, with no information about the trainings.
New design have a clear structure & navigation. Potential clients can easily choose the trainings and available options.
Suggestions on building loyalty and trusted community will decrease level of churn.
Food delivery app with new features that allow shoppers to order extra non-food related items. The feature is relevant especially during holidays for example Valentine’s day, or Mother’s Day, and etc. App offers the user to add a gift to their loved ones as flowers or chocolate. The research showed that the users would use this feature.
Current CBR website looks complicated to the users. The research showed that users (driving instructors) experience difficulties with navigating through the website. New design allows driving instructors have a clear dashboard with exams and candidates. Besides that, the navigation bar redesigned which makes navigation easier.
I create digital and offsite solutions that people enjoy using and keep coming back to. I do care how your customer receives the product from the awareness to the post-purchase state!
